Abstract

The system utilises a composite seal consisting of an outer part (10) which can be pulled onto the circumference of the window pane (K) and a lower part (20) which can be pulled onto the edge (B) of the seat (S) of the window pane (K) the two parts (10, 20) are profiled in such a way that they bound an infinite cavity (W) which is contained between the window pane (K) and the respective seat (S) and is intended to receive an infinite adhesive cord (C), the window pane (K) being mechanically attached to the seat (S) and the cavity (W) being sealed in a tight manner.
