PROCEDIMIENTO PARA ESTABILIZAR UNA TINTURA DE TIPO ROMANOWSKY. CONSISTE EN EFECTUAR LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: 1 ) DISOLVER LA TINTURA EN POLVO CONSTITUIDA POR AZURES, AZUL DE NUTILENO Y UN COLORANTE DE EOSINA, EN UNA SOLUCION METANOLICA. 2 ) SEDIMENTAR LA SOLUCION Y SEPARAR EL POLVO SIN DISOLVER PRECIPITADO. 3 ) COMBINAR LA SOLUCION DE TINTURA DILUIDA CON UNA CANTIDAD ESTABILIZANTE DE HIDROHALURO DE ALQUILAMINA PARA SEPARAR LOS PARES IONICOS AZUREFEOSINA Y AZUL DE METILENO LEOSINA AUMENTANDO ASI LA ESTABILIDAD DE LA TINTURA. EL HIDROCARBURO DE ALQUILAMINA EMPLEADO, ES UNA COMBINACION DE HIDROCARBURO DE DIMETILAMINA E HIDROCLORURO DE ALQUILAMINA SECUNDARIA O TERCIARIA.
