The process comprises e.g. sterilisation of the liq. followed by evaporative concentration. To increase reliability, the concentrate is dried by air heated to a suitable temp. Preheating is applied, using the heat extracted from the liq., e.g. milk, subjected to heat treatment but still not concentrated.
