PROCEDIMIENTO PARA MEJORAR LAS CARACTERISTICAS TECNICAS EN LA FABRICACION DE BANDAS DE PAPEL, ASI COMO PARA AUMENTAR LA ACCION DE DESAGUADO Y LA CAPACIDAD DE FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA MAQUINA DE FABRICACION DE PAPEL. EL PROCESO COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: PRIMERA, SE CALIENTA UN PRIMER SECTOR DE UNO DE LOS LADOS DE LA BANDA, ESTANDO DICHO PRIMER SECTOR COMPRENDIDO ENTRE LA PRIMERA Y LA SEGUNDA LINEA DE PRESION; SEGUNDA, SE CALIENTA UN SEGUNDO SECTOR SUSTANCIALMENTE AMPLIO DEL OTRO LADO DE LA BANDA, A MEDIDA QUE ESTA ULTIMA ES TRANSPORTADA SOBRE UN RODILLO DE SUPERFICIE LISA, ESTANDO DICHO SEGUNDO SECTOR COMPRENDIDO ENTRE LA SEGUNDA Y TERCERA LINEA DE PRESION; Y POR ULTIMO, SE CONTROLAN LOS EFECTOS DE CALENTAMIENTO PRIMERO Y SEGUNDO DE MANERA QUE LA TEMPERATURA DE LA BANDA SE ELEVE A UNOS 50 GRADOS APROXIMADAMENTE, PERO POR DEBAJO DE LOS 95 GRADOS, ANTES DE QUE PASE A TRAVES DE LA ULTIMA LINEA DE PRESION DE LA SECCION DE PRENSADO.
