Abstract
PROCESO DE PRETRAMIENTO PARA UN METAL GALVANIZADO Y POSTERIOR RECUBRIMIENTO CON UN POLVO ORGANICO. SE LAVA EL METAL GALVANIZADO Y SE CORROE CON LA APLICACION DE ACIDO FOSFORICO, LO QUE PRODUCE UNOS CRISTALES DE FOSTAGO DE CINC DISTRIBUIDOS EN LA SUPERFICIE DEL SUSTRATO. SE ACLARA CON AGUA PARA SEPARAR EL EXCESO DE SOLUCION DE LIMPIEZA APLICADA ANTERIORMENTE, SIENDO ESTE ACLARADO DEBILMENTE ACIDO. SE VUELVE A ACLARAR CON AGUA PARA ELIMINAR COMPLETAMENTE CUALQUIER RESIDUO MINERAL, ACIDO DEBIL O SAL QUE QUEDE EN LA SUPERFICIE. SE SECA, POR APLICACION DE CALOR, EL METAL GAVANIZADO. UNA VEZ PRETATADO SE RECUBRE CON UN POLVO ORGANICO ANTES DE QUE SE DESARROLLE CUALQUIER CANTIDAD DE OXIDO DE CINC, COMO RESULTADO DE LA EXPOSICION A LA ATMOSFERA DE OTROS AGENTES OXIDANTES.
