Abstract
INSTALACION E REGENERACION DE CATALIZADOR DE CRAQUEO DE HIDROCARBUROS. CONSISTENTE EN UN RECIPIENTE DE REGENERACION DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO, EN EL QUE SE SOMETE EL CATALIZADOR SUBFIVIDIDO EN PARTICULAS A UNA CORRIENTE DE GAS REDUCTOR Y AL CALOR. LA REGENERACION REQUIERE UNAS CONDICIONES DE RESION DE HASTA 14 KG/CM2 Y TEMPERATURAS DE 427 A 760 GRADOS CENTIGRAODS. EL CATALIZADOR REGENERADO SE TRANSPORTA A UNA TOLVA, DE LA QUE PUEDE EXTRAERSE SEGUN NECESIDADES PARA RELLENAR EL REACTOR DE CRAQUEO. LA INSTALACION COMPRENDE UN CONDUCTO DE DESCARGA PAR RETIRAR EL CATALIZADOR HACIA ABAJO DESDE DICHO RECIPIENTE QUE INCLUYE DOS VALVULAS DE COMPUERTA, UNOS MEDIOS DE FLUIDIZACION CONECTADOS A DICHO CONDUCTO, UN TUBO PORTADOR VERTICALMENTE ORIENTADO DOTADO INTERIORMENTE DE UN FORRO O REVESTIMIENTO QUE REDUCE EL DIAMETRO INTERIOR, CON EL FIN DE HABILITAR UNA ZONA DE RESTRICCION DE PRESION EN TANTO QUE LA PRESION DENTRO DEL RECIPIENTE DE REGENERACION SE MANTIENE A UN NIVEL ACEPTABLE. EL FORRO REFRACTARIO ES COLADO " IN SITU", ESTA REFORZADO CON TROZOS CORTOS, AMODO DE FIBRAS DE ALAMBRE METALICO, INCORPORADOS AL MATERIAL CUANDO ESTE SE HALLA EN ESTADO PLASTICO, ANTES DE LA COLADA Y ENDURECIMIENTO.
