SE HOMOGENIZA UNA MEZCLA QUE CONTIENE CLORURO DE VINILO Y UN MONOMERO COPOLIMERIZABLE, AGUA, UN AGENTE EMULSIONANTE Y/O UN AGENTE DE SUSPENSION Y UN INICIADOR ORGANOSOLUBLE QUE DA RADICALES LIBRES CON UNA VIDA MEDIA A 50 GRADOS C DE MAS DE VEINTE HORAS. LA DISPERSION HOMOGENEIZADA SE USA EN UNA POLIMERIZACION EN MICROSUSPENSION PARA FORMAR UN LATEX DE UN POLIMERO DE CLORURO DE VINILO, EN LA QUE EL INICIADOR ES ACTIVADO POR UN COMPLEJO METALICO ORGANOSOLUBLE PERFORMADO INTRODUCIDO PROGRESIVAMENTE, FORMANDO DE COMPLEJO. LAS CONDICIONES DEL PASO DE HOMOGENEIZACION SON SELECCIONADAS PARA DAR UN LATEX DE POLIMERO DE CLORURO DE VINILO QUE TIENE UNA DISTRIBUCION DE TAMAÑO DE PARTICULAS DEFINIDA POR TENER UN ANCHO A MEDIA ALTURA DE LA DISTRIBUCION DE PESO DIFERENCIAL DENTRO DEL MARGEN DE 0,5 A 1,8 MICROMETROS.
