EL DISPOSITIVO CONSTA DE UNA CAJA QUE SE MONTA EN EL INTERIOR DE UNA LLANTA DE RUEDA CON UN SISTEMA DE UNION DE TORNILLO (6) Y TUERCAS (8), TENIENDO LA SUPERFICIE DE LA CAJA UNA FORMA CURVA QUE SE AJUSTA A LA LLANTA. CON EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL VEHICULO SE PRODUCEN VIBRACIONES DEBIDAS AL REBOTE DE LAS RUEDAS Y A OTRAS CAUSAS. ESTAS VIBRACIONES HACEN QUE VIBRE EL BRAZO (26) Y, POR CONSIGUIENTE, EL TRANSDUCTOR (32) SE SOMETA A FLEXION. EL TRANSDUCTOR TRANSFORMA ENERGIA MECANICA EN ENERGIA ELECTRICA, CON LO QUE GENERA UN VOLTAJE QUE ACTIVA EL CIRCUITO ELECTRONICO (18).
