CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DECONDENSACION ENTRE UN DERIVADO DE LA ANILINA, DE FORMULA (II), Y UN DERIVADO DEL ACIDO ASPARTICO DE FORMULA (III), EN LAS QUE R6 E SEL RADICAL -NH-COR4 O -NHR7, DONDE R7 REPRESENTA UN GRUPO PROTECTOR USUAL, Y R1, R2, R3 Y R4 TIENEN LOS MISMOS SIGNIFICADOS QUE EN LA FORMULA (I).
