SE CALIENTE A UN TEMPERATURA DE 40 A 250 C UNA COMPOSICION QUE CONTENGA HASTA 30 POR 100 DE CLORURO AMONICO EN PRESENCIA DE UNA AMINA EN LAS MISMA RELACION MOLECULAR QUE EL PRIMERO. DEBE HABER TAMBIEN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO FORMADO POR UNA MEZCLA DE DISOLVENTES ORGANICOS POLAR Y NO POLAR EN UNA PROPORCION EN PESO RESPECTO A LA AMINA ENTRE 10:1 Y 0,2:1. SE EVACUA Y AISLA EL AMONIACO GENERADO EN LA REACCION Y SE ELIMINA POR EXTRACCION Y-O DESTILACION EL DISOLVENTE ORGANICO POLAR, INCORPORANDO PREVIAMENTE EL DISOLVENTE ORGANICO NO POLAR SI NO SE HA ADICIONADO ANTES. SE CALIENTA EL DISOLVENTE NO POLAR PARA PROVOCAR LA DESCOMPOSICION DEL CLORHIDRATO DE AMINA Y DESPRENDER EL CLORURO DE HIDROGENO GASEOSO. EL AMONIACO SE PUEDE EMPLEAR EN LA FABRICACION DE AMINAS Y EL CLORURO DE HIDROGENO EN LA FABRICACION DE ACIDO CLORHIDRICO E HIDROCARBUROS DE CLORO, COMO EL CLORURODE VINILO.
