SE HACE REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) CON UN HALURO DE HALOACILO DE FORMULA (III), DONDE HAL ES HALOGENO, A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 50 GC, EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO Y EN PESENCIA DE UN ACEPTOR ACIDO, TAL COMO AMINAS TERCIARIAS. SE FILTRA EL SUBPRODUCTO RESULTANTE, SE LAVA LA FASE ORGANICA CON AGUA Y SE SEPARA EL DISOLVENTE POR EVAPORACION O DESTILACION. SE PURIFICA EL PRODUCTO POR DESTILACION.
