SE MEZCLA UN CLOROSILANO DE FORMULA RASICL4-A, EN LA QUE A ES 0 O 1, CON UNO O VARIOS ORGANOSILOXANOS; SE AÑADE UN CATALIZADOR Y SE CALIENTA BAJO AGITACION HASTA 60GC. SE AÑADE EL 5 POR 100 DE LA CANTIDAD TOTAL NECESARIA DE ACIDO CARBOXILICO MONOBASICO, AL MENOS 11 VECES LA CANTIDAD MOLAR EQUIVALENTE A LOS ATOMOS DEL CLORO LIGADOS AL SILICIO, SE CALIENTA A 90GC, SE AÑADE HASTA EL 50 POR 100 DEL ACIDO CARBOXILICO NECESARIO Y SE CALIENTA A UNOS 135GC.
