CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: 1) INTRODUCCION DEL DETERGENTE EN PARTICULAS EN UNA BOLSA DE MATERIAL INSOLUBLE EN AGUA. 2) CERRADO DE LA BOLSA, MEDIANTE COSTURAS FORMADAS POR TERMOSOLDADURA O A PRESION EN FRIO. EL MATERIAL DE LA BOLSA CERRADA ESTA RECUBIERTO CON UN AGENTE SOLUBLE O INSOLUBLE AL AGUA, PERO DESPRENDIBLE PARA REDUCIR LA FORMACION DE POLVO. EL DETERGENTE EMPLEADO TIENE UNA DENSIDAD APARENTE DE 0,6 A 0,8 GR/C.C., APROXIMADAMENTE. LA POROSIDAD DE LA BOLSA TIENE UNA RELACION CON LA DISTRIBUCION DE TAMAÑOS DE DETERGENTE TAL, QUE NO MAS DE ALREDEDOR DEL 5 POR 100 DE LA COMPOSICION DETERGENTE PUEDE PASAR A TRAVES DEL MATERIAL.
