Aparato manual para humectar, aplicar y cortar tiras engomadas, caracterizado por comprender un carrete devanador del rollo de tira engomada y que se prolonga inferiormente constituyendo el soporte de un rodillo esponjoso transmisor de la humedad a la cara engomada de dicha tira, un cilindro elástico aplicador de la tira, y una pieza diédrica articulada a balancín y provista de una cuchilla para el corte de la expresada tira, con la particularidad de que en la prolongación citada del carrete devanador está acoplado un mango hueco como receptáculo del líquido humectante, cuyo receptáculo, para dicha función humectora, se halla comunicado con el citado anteriormente rodillo esponjoso.
