Abstract

ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to modifications of the method and apparatus forming the subject matter of the French patents N° 82.12829 and 83.19154. According to the present invention, the apparatus is characterized in that it comprises means for the direct introduction of the products to be degraded into the vessel, preferably towards the bottom of the vessel and at a predetermined distance of said bottom, these means may carry out a mechanical thrust and prefarably comprise at least one pump for thick material advantageously of the piston or screw type or any other mechanical or pneumatic device. The exit of the products may be tangential to the bottom of the vessel. With the invention it is possible to simplify the apparatus and the process and to decrease the manufacturing costs.
