Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de piridinas sustituidas de la fórmula (I) **fórmula** en donde R1 significa hidrógeno, alcohilo con hasta 6 átomos de carbono y aralcohilo con 7-9 átomos de carbono; R2 significa hidrógeno y alcanoílo con 2 hasta 7 átomos de carbono; y R3 significa alcohilo con hasta 6 átomos de carbono, así como sus sales por adición, caracterizado porque, a) se hace reaccionar un hidroxiéster de la fórmula general II **fórmula** en donde R1 significa alcohilo con hasta 6 átomos de carbono y aralcohilo con 7-9 átomos de carbono, con un epóxido de la fórmula III **fórmula** en donde X significa un átomo de halógeno, preferiblemente cloro, y a continuación se hace reaccionar con una alcohilamina primaria con hasta 6 átomos de carbono; o b) se hace reaccionar un hidroxiéster de la fórmula general II con un derivado de azetidina de la fórmula IV **fórmula** en donde R4 representa un radical alcohilo con hasta 6 átomos de carbono; o c) se hace reaccionar un hidroxiéster de lafórmula general Ii con una oxazolidina de la fórmula V **fórmula** en donde R3 tiene el significado en la fórmula I y R5 representa un radical acohilo o un radical arilo con hasta 6 átomos de carbono, preferiblemente el grupo fenilo, e Y representa tosiloxi o mesiloxi, y a continuación se trata con un ácido inorgánico diluido , o d) se hace reaccionar un compuesto de la fórmula general VI **fórmula** en donde R1 tiene el significado indicado en la fórmula II, con un epóxido de la fórmula general VII **fórmula** en donde M representa un metal alcalino , preferiblemente sodio o potasio, y a continuación se hace reaccionar con una alcohilamina primaria con hasta 6 átomos de carbono; o e) se hace reaccionar un compuesto de la fórmula general VI con una oxazolidina de la fórmula VIII **fórmula** en donde M, R3 y R5 tienen los significados arriba indicados y a continuación se trata con un ácido inorgánico diluido y eventualmente se hidrolizan, en condiciones ácidas o alcalinas, compuestos de la fórmula I en los cuales R1 significa alcohilo o aralcohilo, y se transformar en la correspondiente sal por adición de ácido o sal de metal alcalino o alcalino-térreo, y eventualmente compuestos de la fórmula I, en los cuales R2 es hidrógeno, son acilados con un derivado de ácido capaz de reaccionar, preferiblemente el cloruro de ácido o anhídrido de ácido, en presencia de un catalizador de esterificación.
