Abstract
Procedimiento para formar una estructura emparedada de núcleo de espuma resinosa rígida, caracterizado porque comprenden las etapas de: (a) insertar una pluralidad de segmentos fibrosos de alta resistencia a la tracción a través de las caras longitudinales opuestas de una espuma flexible de células abiertas, para formar una serie de segmentos fibroso con extremos que se extienden más allá de dichas caras longitudinales; (b) impregnar dicha espuma flexible de células abiertas con una resina termoendurecible que contiene un agente de curado para la misma; (c) colocar una capa fina plegable en posición contigua a cada una de las caras longitudinales opuestas de una lámina de espuma flexible de células abiertas, para definir un emparedado de núcleo de espuma ; y (d) moldear entonces dicho emparedado de núcleo de espuma a la configuración deseada y mantener dicha configuración mientras cura la citada resina, con lo cual los extremos de dicha pluralidad de segmentos fibrosos se unirán a las citadas láminas plegables y las láminas plegables se unirán a la espuma flexible.
