Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en máquinas para el tratamiento de tapones con cabeza, especialmente tapones de caucho idóneos para viales que han de contener líquido de infusión o inyección, provista por lo menos de un dispositivo que sostiene los tapones durante la etapa de limpieza y toberas o boquillas en las posiciones necesarias para que el líquido de limpieza se pueda pulverizar desde varios ángulos hacia los tapones, caracterizados porque el dispositivo que sostiene los tapones comprende uno o más bastidores que tienen una pluralidad de barras paralelas, que se conectan en ambos extremos entre si por placas de acoplamiento, por lo que las barras paralelas se disponen de tal manera que los tapones puedan encontrar su sitio entre las mismas en forma de una fila de un número previamente definido y sostenerse por lo tanto de tal manera que los tapones no se puedan salir del espacio comprendido entre las barras, pero con la holgura necesaria para que el líquido de limpieza pueda alcanzar cualquier lado de los tapones, por lo que por lo menos una de las placas de acoplamiento tiene una abertura para el paso de los tapones y la otra placa de acoplamiento puede formar una barrera temporal eventual para los tampones, mientras que un dispositivo transportador puede dirigir los bastidores llenos a lo largo de boquillas que pulverizan el líquido de limpieza
