Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en los sistemas de dirección hidráulica asistida, para vehículos automóviles, del tipo que comprende un órgano de mando de dirección que se prolonga por una camisa de distribución, un rotor de forma general tubular dispuesto en el interior de la camisa, una barra de torsión alojada en el interior del rotor y que tiene un extremo fijado al rotor y el otro extremo fijado al órgano de mando de dirección, y un circuito hidráulico para generar una magnitud de mando en respuesta a un desplazamiento angular impuesto al rotor, caracterizados porque la camisa de distribución presenta dos pares de orificios diametralmente opuestos desplazados axialmente y angularmente, y el rotor presenta dos pares de ranuras axiales, pudiendo las ranuras, cada una, entrar en comunicación con dos orificios que pertenecen a dos pares diferentes, estando una fuente de alta presión y un vaciado conectados de forma permanente, respectivamente, a un par de orificios (o un par de ranuras), siendo tal ladisposición que un desplazamiento angular zeta del rotor provoca un desequilibrio delta p entre las presiones respectivas que reinan en los pares de ranuras (o en los pares de orificios), teniendo los bordes de los orificios y/o de las ranuras dirigidos según el eje de la camisa un perfil no rectilíneo definido en función de la característica delta p=f (zeta) deseada.
