Abstract
1. Improvement in rotors for electric generators, such as alternators for motor vehicles, of the type comprising two polar wheels with claws facing each other and each having a profiled half-circle, each of which is inserted into one and another part of a hollow coil of insulating material, between the sides of which an inductor wire is wound and which has projections arranged near the periphery of the outer faces of the sides, so that they are embedded between two consecutive claws of each polar wheel in order to position the coil with respect to said polar wheels, characterized in that at least one of the polar wheels has a plurality of wedge-shaped projections disposed at its base and in such a way that they can be placed on the periphery of the semi-core.
