Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a nuevos pseudotrisacáricos, a procedimientos para su obtención, así como a su empleo como medicamentos. En especial se refiere a la invención a nuevos antibióticos de aminoglicósido de eficacia antibacterial, del tipo de la sisomicina. Los antibióticos de aminoglicósido son sustancias importantes para combatir eficazmente las infecciones bacteriales. La presencia de gérmenes resistentes reduce sin embargo en muchos casos su amplia aplicación; además, se pueden presentar efectos secundarios tales como oto- y nefrotoxicidad. Por derivatización se logra en algunos casos eliminar estas desventajas.
