Procedimiento para la preparación de ésteres de ácido alfa- isopropil-alfa-fenil-tiolacético, de la fórmula general **(Fórmula)** en la que R1 significa hidrógeno, metilo, etinilo o ciano, X1 significa cloro, bromo, metilo o metoxilo e Y significa hidrógeno, flúor, cloro o bromo, que constituye la materia en la obtención de agentes antiparasitarios especialmente indicados para combatir insectos, en particular insectos queratinófagos y representantes del orden Acarina.
