Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de hilos y fibras acrílicos, dotados de un potencial de contracción pudiendo alcanzar un 50% en agua hirviente, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: hilar en húmedo por lo menos una solución de polímero acrílico; estirar 1,3 ¿ 3 X los filamentos obtenidos, en aire, a temperatura ambiente; lavar en agua; estirar 1 ¿ 2,5 X en agua hirviente; ensimar; secar a una temperatura comprendida entre 80 y 140ºC; tratar con vapor a una temperatura comprendida entre 10 5 y 150ºC; y sobre-estirar 1,2 ¿ 2 X a una temperatura comprendida entre 90 y 100ºC.
