Abstract

Aparato cortador giratorio mejorado para material fundido destinado a la producción de pastillas a partir de un hilo o de varios hilos de una resina termoplástica parcialmente fundida en cooperación con una hilera de extrusión, teniendo dicha hilera de extrusión una superficie de hilera cortada por uno o varios orificios de extrusión, estando dicho aparato cortador giratorio para material fundido adaptado para ser accionado en rotación por una estructura de eje giratorio, incluyendo dicho aparato un conjunto de cuchilla giratoria y un dispositivo que conecta dicho conjunto con dicha estructura de eje giratorio, incluyendo dicho conjunto de cuchilla giratoria una barra de accionamiento conectada con una estructura de eje, un portacuchilla y sujeta en éste una cuchilla soportada aproximadamente en su centro, cooperando dicha barrera de accionamiento con dicho dispositivo de conexión del cunjunto de cuchilla de tal manera que dicha barra de accionamiento pueda girar libremente en un grado limitado alrededor de su eje hacia dicha estructura de eje giratorio, estando dicho portacuchilla conectado con dicha barra de accionamiento, estando dicho conjunto de cuchilla giratoria montado y soportado en asociación cooperante con dicha superficie de hilera y dichos orificios de dicha hilera de extrusión de tal manera que el plano de rotación de dicho conjunto de cuchilla alrededor del eje de dicha estructura de eje giratorio se mantenga adyacente y alineado de manera sustancialmente paralela con dicha superficie de hilera y dichos orificios para que solamente se produzca durante el funcionamiento un grado limitado de desgaste tanto de la cuchilla como de la hilera, y un dispositivo para desplazar dicho conjunto de cuchilla giratoria hacia dicha superficie de hilera y dichos orificios de extrusión.
