Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar derivados de vincamona, dotados de la actividad terapéutica de esta sustancia así como de un efecto retardado, de la siguiente fórmula general: **(Fórmula)** en la que X es el radical de un ácido del grupo que comprende ácido glucosa-1-fosfato, ácido 2,4-dihidroxibenzoico, ácido 3,5-dihidroxibenzoico, ácido acetilsalicílico, ácido piválico, ácido cloríbrico y ácido pamoico; caracterizado porque comprende hacer reaccionar vincamona, en forma de solución o suspensión en un alcohol alifático inferior, cloroformo o una mezcla de éstos, en función del derivado deseado, en proporción estequiométrica, con el ácido, en forma de una solución o suspensión en una alcohol alifático inferior o agua, a una temperatura que depende del punto de ebullición de la mezcla disolvente, y bajo agitación, hasta que se termina la reacción, y separar entonces el producto de reacción de la mezcla de reacción.
