Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de una pieza constructiva conformada por embutición profunda a base de chapa de aluminio o de hierro estañado, la cual es conformada a partir de una pieza de plantilla plana de chapa laminada con ayuda de un útil del tipo de matriz y troquel, caracterizado porque las piezas de plantilla de la chapa son provistas, antes de la conformación, de una capa superficial hidrófila de la fórmula : Sn(R) o Al(R) con R=OH, R=O + OH, con O < OH o R= Radical hidrófilo con un grupo OH libre, por ejemplo de alcanol-aminas fijadas a modo de complejo, especialmente tri-etanolamina, ésteres o ácido oxálico-glicerina.
