Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de éster 2-naftilmetílico de ácido ciclopropancarboxílico de la fórmula **fórmula** caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar el ácido de la fórmula **fórmula** o un derivado reactivo respectivo, con un compuesto de la fórmula **fórmula** en donde X significa cloro, bromo, yodo, hidroxilo, mesiloxilo o tosiloxilo, o en el caso donde X significa hidroxilo y el ácido de la fórmula II se encuentra en forma de una imidazolida, opcionalmente con un alcoholato de metal alcalino del alcohol de la fórmula III, según sea apropiado, necesario o preferido en presencia de una base apropiada, aceptor de ácido o agente eliminador de agua y/o en presencia de un disolvente inerte, a la temperatura del ambiente o a una temperatura elevada apropiada.
