Abstract
Un método de obtención de un complejo inmunogénico antigénico, procedente de la superficie celular de N- gonorrhoeae, con un peso molecular de 9.200.000 a 9.500.000 aproximadamente , donde más del 80% del complejo está formado por 5- sub-unidades en cantidades aproximadamente iguales con un peso molecular de 68.000, 50.000, 34.000, 27.000 y 10.500 aproximadamente, conteniendo el complejo, calculado en peso seco, alrededor de 90 a 95% de proteínas, hasta el 7% aproximadamente de lipopolisacáridos, alrededor del 2% de hidratos de carbono y menos del 1% de ARN, ADN, y fofolípidos, cuyo método comprende: a)agitar una pasta celular homogeneizada de N. gonorrhoeae durante 10 a 15 horas aproximadamente; b) separar los residuos celulares; c) someter el extracto homogeneizado a reacción enzimática para separar el ARN y el ADN; d)separar una fracción con un peso melocular superior a nueve millones aproximadamente
