Abstract

Un procedimiento para la separación de carbamato de amonio a partir de una solución de síntesis de urea, en el que la solución de síntesis de urea se hace fluir en dirección descendente a lo largo de una pared en forma de película delgada a una presión de 120-200 atm y una temperatura de 170-200ºC en relación de contracorriente con un agente gaseoso de separación de componentes volátiles, mientras que se aplica calor, y la solución de síntesis de urea sometida a separación de componentes volátiles y la mezcla gaseosa formada en la separación de componentes volátiles se descargan por la vía de cámaras de recogida.
