Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de D(-)alfa fenilglicina, por resolución de Dl alfafenilglicina por medio del ácido D(+) canfosulfónico en presencia de un ácido fuerte en un vaso de reacción, en el que la sal cristalizada de la D(-)alfafenilglicina es filtrada y luego es sometida a hidrólisis por la añadidura de una base, con lo que la D(-)alfafenilglicina precipita y finalmente dicha D(-)alfafenilglicina es recuperada y el filtrado conseguido, que contiene la sal del ácido D(-)canfosulfónico disuelta en agua, es introducida nuevamente en el vaso de reacción, con lo que el filtrado, conseguido después de la operación de filtrado de la sal del D(-)alfafenilglicina, que contiene L()alfafenilglicina, es sometida a una racemización alcalina por medio de una base, de manera que la DL alfafenilglicina conseguida es introducida también en el vaso de reacción.
