Abstract

Método de preparación de una pasta destinada a ser utilizada en la formación de un producto aislante preformado, en el cual una materia en forma de partículas, unos hilos de fibras cortados y un aglomerante líquido están inter-mezclados, caracterizado por las operaciones que consisten en agitar dicho aglomerante líquido para separa por lo menos algunos de dichos hilos en fibras individuales, hacer pasar dicho aglomerante líquido y dichas fibras bajo presión a través de un elemento tubular hueco contra un aspa helicoidal cerrada hacia el interior para formar una pulverización de forma cónica ensanchada constituida por aglomerante y fibras con el fin de separar cualquier hilo de fibras restante en fibras individuales, formar una cortina de materia en forma de partículas separadas que cae, y dirigir dicha pulverización de forma cónica ensanchada constituida por aglomerante y fibras contra dicha cortina de materia en forma de partículas separadas que cae con el fin de formar una pasta uniformede partículas, aglomerante y fibras.
