Abstract
Aparato acondicionador de aire, completo, para calentar y refrigerar un recinto, comprendiendo: un chasis, incluyendo un miembro de base y una barrera, que divide dicho chasis en un compartimiento interior y un compartimiento exterior; cambiadores térmicos interiores y exteriores, montados respectivamente en dichos compartimientos interior y exterior; un medio para mover aire interior parar hacer recircular el aire del recinto a través de dicho compartimiento interior; un medio para mover aire interior parar hacer recircular el aire del recinto a través de dicho compartimiento interior; un medio para mover aire exterior para hacer circular aire a través de dicho compartimiento exterior; un compresor; medios para conectar selectivamente dicho compresor a dichos cambiadores térmicos, por lo que dicho cambiador térmico exterior funciona como evaporador durante el funcionamiento de la unidad en el ciclo calentador y dicho cambiador térmico interior funciona como un evaporador durante el ciclo refrigerador; un sumidero colector de condensado, dispuesto en dicho miembro de base estando dispuesto para recoger condensado desde dicho cambiador térmico exterior durante dicho ciclo calentador; una abertura de desagüe en dicho sumidero.
