Abstract

Procedimiento para la puerta en pre-apriete axial de una junta homocinética que comprende una primera pieza en forma de tulipa solidario de uno de los dos árboles a conectar y que delimita bandas de rodadura, una segunda pieza solidaria del otro árbol y que comprende una maza a partir de la cual se extienden muñones sobre los cuales están montados en rotación y deslizantes roldanas recibidas en las bandas de rodadura de la primera pieza, en la que el dispositivo de retención axial comprende al menos una pieza de tope montada de forma deslizante en un taladro axial de la maza, comprendiendo esta pieza de tope un resalte radial dispuesto a la altura de una superficie de apoyo radial de la maza y una grupilla elástica fijada a la extremidad de la pieza en forma de tulipa, caracterizado porque tras haber engatillado la grupilla elástica sobre la pieza en forma de tulipa, mientras que la junta está en posición ensamblada, se determina para la posición de alineamiento de la junta el valor del intervalo que existe entre el resalte de la pieza de tope y la superficie de apoyo de la maza, se separa axialmente la pieza de tope de la maza y se introduce entre esta pieza de tope y la maza una arandela abierta cuyo espesor se elige de forma que sea ligeramente superior que el citado intervalo.
