Abstract
A process for producing Coenzyme Q which comprises cultivating a microorganism belonging to the genus Pseudomonas in a culture medium to which is added isopentenyl alcohol (3-methyl-3-butene- 1-ol), dimethyl allyl alcohol (3- methyl-2-butene-1-ol), geraniol, isopentenyl acetate, dimethyl allyl acetate, geranyl acetate and/or beta - methyl crotonic acid and obtaining the Coenzyme Q so produced.
