Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en máquinas automáticas para el tronzado de vainas de plástico y su aplicación alrededor de recipientes, para cortar automáticamente y a velocidades programadas vainas de plástico termocontraible en trozos o manguitos aptos para ser colocados después de haber sido termocontraídos alrededor de recipientes, caracterizados por comprender esencialmente, dispuestos sobre un bastidor; a) medios de alimentación con vaina de plástico en forma plana y de transporte de la banda continua en condiciones predeterminadas de tensión; b) al menos un grupo vertical de corte de la vaina y de suministro de segmentos o manguitos, comprendiendo dicho grupo desde arriba hacia abajo, dispuestos alrededor de un mandril hueco con microperforaciones sobre su periferia y sobre el que se coloca la vaina continua: - medios de supresión de los dos pliegues de la vaina plana; - medios de corte de la vaina; - medios escalonados que permiten a la misma vez mantener el mandril en posición vertical y regular automáticamente las alturas y el ritmo de corte; - medios de guiado y de expulsión de los manguitos hacia abajo del mandril; los cuales manguitos se depositan luego automáticamente alrededor de los recipientes que hay que revestir, los cuales circulan sobre un transportador provisto de medios de contracción por calor de dichos manguitos, que son de tipo conocido en si.
