Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de gases de síntesis que contienen en esencia monóxido de carbono e hidrógeno, mediante oxidación parcial de hicdrocarburos o carbón con gases que contienen oxígeno en presencia de vapor de agua u otro moderador de temperatura apropiado, en un reactor de gas de síntesis no catalizado y sin rellenos, a una temperatura de entre 900 y 1700ºC (autotérmica) y una presión de entre 1 y 250 bares, enfriando, a continuación, los productos de reacción, separando el carbono particulado y eliminando las impurificaciones ácidas y llevando a cabo otros tratamientos ulteriores en el orden en sí conocido, caracterizado porque el producto de reacción se trata, después de separar el carbono particulado pero antes de eliminar los componentes ácidos, en una zona de hidrogenación catalizada a temperaturas de 150 a 230ºC.
