Abstract

The drive motor comprises a rotary body (4) and an armature (5). The rotary body (4) is provided with permanent magnets on the end face near its circumference. The armature (5) is arranged coaxially at a distance from the rotary body (4). The armature (5) contains ferromagnetic material. The rotary body (4) and the armature (5) are arranged at a fixed axial distance from one another. At least one pivoting part (17) can be introduced into the axial gap between the rotary body (4) and the armature (5). The pivoting part (17) consists at least partially of ferromagnetic material and is connected to a roller (21) mounted on the thread-detector dancing arm (20). A variation in the winding speed without a relative axial displacement of the drive motor and bobbin is thereby possible.
