Abstract
Thermostat control system to be used with a heating plate of a domestic gas stove, in which there is a body provided with a gas inlet, an outlet for the same that is adapted to be connected to the burner of the heating plate and a angularly displaceable plug that is mounted in a recess of said body, said plug having a passage and being rotatable between a closing position, in which gas can not flow through said body between said inlet and outlet, and positions opening, in which the said passage allows the flow of gas through the body from the entrance to the exit, said outlet having a valvular member displaceable with respect to such outlet to control the flow rate of gas through it, being said valvular member functionally connected to a temperature sensing device arranged so that an increase in the temperature of the device has in effect the effect of moving the valve member in a direction of restriction of the flow of gas through the outlet, also providing a cam which is displaceable by the angular movement of said plug and which is arranged to urge the valve member and vary its adjustment with respect to said valve.
