Abstract
Un procedimiento para madurar vino de tipo jerez usando un aparato en que cada escala de criadera y la escala de solera esté constituida respectivamente por un recipiente único, en cuyo procedimiento es transferido vino procedente del recipiente que representa la escala de la primera criadera, a intervalos, directamente al recipiente que representa la escala de solea, y es transferido vino desde cada uno de los recipientes que representan las otras escalas de criaderas, a intervalos similares, directamente el recipiente que representa la escala de la siguiente criadera.
