Abstract

Procedimiento para la elaboración de copolímero cauchotoso sustancialmente aleatorio que comprende copolimerizar por lo menos un dieno conjugado con por lo menos un compuesto monovinilaromático sustituido bajo condiciones de temperatura y presión para polimerización en solución, utilizando un iniciador organolitio y por lo menos un agente de distribución aleatoria en una cantidad suficiente para obtener una copolimerización sustancialmente aleatoria de dicho dieno conjugado y dicho compuesto monovinilaromático sustituido, en el cual dicha polimerización se lleva a cabo de forma continua por lo menos en dos reactores en serie, dicho dieno conjugado, dicho compuesto monovinilaromático, dicho iniciador organolitio, dicho agente aleatorio y cualquier diluyente, se suministran al primero de dichos reactores, y dicho copolímero es extraido de por lo menos este reactor, caracterizado porque se introduce en dicho primer reactor por lo menos un polihaluro de silicio en una cantidad eficaz sustancialmente la formación de gel en el primer reactor.
