Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de dihidrato de guanosin-5¿¿difosfato monosódico cristalino, que comprende: a) preparar una solución acuosa de ácido guanosin-5¿-difosfórico o una sal sódica del mismo, cuya solución acuosa se obtiene como tal o se produce disolviendo una sal sódica del ácido guanosin-5¿-difosfórico en agua que puede contener opcionalmente un disolvente hidrofilico; b) ajustar el valor del pH de la solución al rango de 1,0 a 3,0 por adición a la misma de un material ácido o un material alcalino sódico o sin adicionar nada para obtener una solución acuosa de guanosin-5¿-difosfato monosódico a pH 1,0- 3,0; y c) reducir la solubilidad del guanosin-5¿-difosfato monosódico contenido en dicha solución para precipitar el dihidrato de guanosin-5¿-difosfato monosódico, llevando a cabo esta etapa a una temperatura no superior a 30ºC.
