Abstract
Procedimiento para preparar bencenaminas, de fórmula: (Ver fórmula I) en la que R es hidrógeno, un radical alcanoilo con 2 a 7 átomos de carbono o un radical alquilo con 1 a 7 átomos de carbono y R' representa hidrógeno o un radical alquilo con 1 a 7 átomos de carbono; caracterizado porque comprende: reducir catalíticamente 1-[(4-nitropentil)metil]-4-(difenilmetil) piperidina seguido por reacción del compuesto así obtenido con un anhídrido de ácido alcanoico cuando se desea el compuesto de fórmula (I) en la que R representa un radicla alcanoilo; reducir 1-[4-(alquilamino-dialquilamino)-benzoil]4-(difenilmetil)piperidina con hiddruro de litio-aluminio; y recuperar el compuesto de fórmula (I) así obtenido como tal o como una sal de adición de ácido no tóxica del mismo.
