Abstract

Procedimiento para la reticulación de aglutinantes para barnices en polvo a base de una resina acrílica que tiene grupos carboxilo y una reina epoxídica , a temperaturas elevadas, caracterizado porque la reticulación se efectúa en presencia de una combinación aceleradora , que consiste en, cada caso con relación al peso de la resina acrílica contenida, a) 0,05 a 3,0% en peso de por lo menos un compuesto de la fórmula LiX, en la que X significa un ión hidroxilo, el anión del ácido clorhídrico, del ácido bromhídrico, de un ácido carboxílico alifático, saturado o insaturado, o de un ácido carboxílico alifático, saturado o insaturado, o de un ácido carboxílico aromático, y b) 0,5 a 5,0 % en peso de por lo menos un compuesto de amonio cuaternario de la fórmula ** ver imagen ** En la que R1 significa un radical alifático saturado de 8 a 30 átomos de carbono, R2, R3y R4 significan radicales alifáaticos saturados, iguales o diferentes, de 1 a 24 átomos de carbono, radicales arilo de 6a 10 átomos de carbono, o radicales aralcohilo de 7 a 11 átomos de carbono, pudiendo estar también reemplazados dos de los radicales R2 a R4 por una agrupación que, junto con el átomo de bnitrógeno , constituye un anillo heterocíclico saturado, de 5 a 10 miembros en el anillo, o todos los radicales R2 a R4 pueden estar reemplazados por una agrupación que, junto con el átomo de nitrógeno, constituye un anillo piridínico, y en la que Y- significa un anión de ácido monobásico, orgánico o inorgánico.
