Abstract
Procedimiento para impedir la formación de color rojizo en frutos de pepitas, caracterizado porque consiste en aplicar a los frutos una emulsión acuosa que contiene 2 a 3% en peso/volumen de un ingrediente activo que contiene (a) no menos de 50 partes en peso de dióxido de silicio amorfo e hidratado, finamente dividido, (b) no más de 10 partes en peso de caseína, y (c) coadyuvantes aceptables en la agricultura, para primera aplicación un cierto día durante los siete primeros días tras la antesis, y, sucesivamente, no más de dos veces en el intervalo de 7 a 10 días a partir de la primera aplicación
