Abstract

Método para separar el plasma sanguíneo un crioprecipitado rico en Factor VIII, del tipo que consiste en hacer pasar el plasma de sangre que contiene Factor VIII a un recipiente, compatible con la sangre, herméticamente cerrado; en congelar dicho plasma sanguíneo para producir la precipitación del crioprecipitado rico en Factor VIII y en descongelar dicho plasma de sangre, caracterizándose dicho método en la mejora que comprende hacer pasar el plasma de sangre descongelado en unas condiciones que impiden sustancialmente la redisolución de dicho crioprecipitado, a través de un dispositivo de filtro, estando dicho dispositivo de filtro situado en el interior de dicho recipiente para obturar un orificio de salida del mismo, con lo cual el plasma pobre en crioprecipitado es transferido a partir de dicho recipiente, mientras que dicho crioprecipitado es retenido en el dispositivo de filtro en el interior de dicho recipiente.
