Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en los sistemas de tensado para operaciones quirúrgicas, y más particularmente en tensores de placa para placas de compresión quirúrgica con una brida (7) perforada, para fijar el tensor por medio de un tornillo cortical a una parte del hueso de un hueso roto, por un gancho (18) para enganchar la placa de comprensión (22) fijada a la ora parte de hueso y por un tornillo tensor (17), para atraer el gancho hacía la brida, caracterizados porque presenta dos piezas-guía (1, 2) estando articulado a un extremo de una (1) la brida perforada (7) y en un extremo de la otra (2) el gancho (18), y porque ambas piezas-guía en el otro extremo y en un punto que se halla entre ambos extremos, están unidas entre sí por medio de articulaciones, realizándose una de las uniones por medio de un aparato indicador de la fuerza (8) articulado en ambos lados y la otra unión por medio del tornillo tensor (17), que se sostiene en dos guías (15, 16), cada una de las cuales se aloja por medio de articulaciones en una de ambas piezas-guía.
