Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de materiales sintéticos pigmentados, con propiedades mecánicas mejoradas, caracterizado porque comprende, en una primera etapa, secar conjuntamente una suspensión de polímero acuosa, componiéndose los polímeros de elementos estructurales del tipo (CH-CH2)n, y donde R es igual a H o CH3 y n representa un número desde unos 50 hasta 40.000, en caso dado en presencia de agentes auxiliares de dispersión, y en una segunda etapa teñir, a una temperatura comprendida entre 170 y 270 ºC, durante un tiempo comprendido entre 2 y 5 minutos, un polímero de ABS o poliamida con un preparado de pigmento o de material de carga, que se compone de un 30 a 70% en peso de pigmento o material de carga y un 70 a 30% en peso de un polímero con elementos estructurales del tipo (CHR-CH2)n, donde R significa hidrógeno o metilo y n representa un número desde aproximadamente 50 hasta 40.000.
