Abstract

Novel compsn. resistant to cracking (in the unvalcanised state) contains (a) 95-50% polyethylene and (b) 5-50% of an amocphous ethylene/propylene binary copolymer having a Mooney viscosity of 50-300 degrees C/100 degrees C, pref. 70-150 degrees C/100 degrees C. Used for the prepn. of coatings for cables, pipes, films containers and generally, for moulded articles.
