Improvements introduced in the combination of stopper and container, characterized in that said stopper has a threaded annular skirt on the inside, and whose outer diameter is less than approximately 14 millimeters, and an upper wall, the container presenting a threaded cylindrical neck on the outside to receive said stopper; an elastic annular collar formed on and dependent on a lower surface of said upper wall, and an annular strip formed on said lower surface and arranged radially inward of the collar and concentric to it; the upper marginal surface of said container cooperates with the collar to press it or so that it comes into contact with said strip when closing the container, forming a seal; the said collar in the non-flexed position is defined by frustoconical surfaces whose vertices are located on the axis of the cap and the strip, under said upper wall, the separation between the collar and the strip being such that the upper surface of said neck is constituted as means for pressing the said collar to a mole position with the strip, in which both surfaces are convex downwards along practically its entire length.
