Liquid type pump distributor characterized by including: a) a finger operable pump including a piston and a cylinder; b) a valve to allow liquid to enter the pump type distributor from a storage chamber when the finger actuated pump is operated during a fill stroke; c) a discharge chamber arranged to receive the liquid from a storage chamber, the liquid then being subjected to an increase in pressure during operation of the finger actuated pump in a discharge stroke; d) a spring for storing elastic energy obtained from an increase in hydraulic pressure inside the discharge chamber; e) Means for releasing said energy only after the piston has moved a predetermined distance from the cylinder; and f) a discharge port through which the liquid exits when said energy is released.
